Zhao Changpeng Claims Crypto Assets Will Become AI Native Currency, BNB Chain Aims to Be Major Network

Binance founder Zhao Changpeng stated at a media briefing following the BNB Standard Nasdaq bell-ringing ceremony that crypto assets will become the native currency of AI. He pointed out that AI could utilize Bitcoin, existing stablecoins, or tokens issued by AI companies in the future, and hopes that BNB Chain will become one of the major networks, emphasizing that this goal still requires development. Zhao also mentioned that earlier that day he discussed tokens linked to computing power resources and hopes to introduce them to BNB Chain, but did not disclose specific details. He further stated that crypto payments are still inconvenient for ordinary users and suggested that startups focus on underserved markets and remittance routes rather than directly competing with Apple Pay or Google Pay in the U.S.
