As the first full-stack L1 Real World Asset (RWA) public chain, Plume Network today announced a significant expansion plan for its cross-chain ecosystem—SkyLink will be deployed on 16 blockchain networks. This development comes as the on-chain total value of Real World Assets (RWAs) has doubled in the past year, nearing $17 billion, making it one of the fastest-growing tracks in Web3.

Plume Network's SkyLink is an interoperable solution designed to achieve secure cross-chain RWA yield distribution. SkyLink will launch on the initial set of supported networks, including Solana, Movement, Injective, Omni Network, Zircuit, Ape Chain, Core, Polyhedra, Gravity by Galxe, Merlin, Xion, Rome, Echelon, D3, Hemi, and Memento.

Through SkyLink's mirrored YieldTokens, users on these networks can now permissionlessly access institutional-grade RWA yields that flow directly to their wallets. The solution leverages LayerZero's SyncPools technology to enable seamless cross-chain functionality.

It is noteworthy that the mirrored tokens introduced by SkyLink ensure that the Total Value Locked (TVL) remains securely on the original chain, maintaining liquidity while enhancing the value of each network.

"The growth of the RWA track relies on collaborative efforts across a diverse blockchain ecosystem, where each party leverages its strengths to collectively build robust cross-chain infrastructure," said Teddy Pornprinya, Co-Founder of Plume Network. "Through partnerships with these networks, we are laying the foundation for an interoperable RWA ecosystem, allowing institutional yields to be easily accessed on any chain or rollup."

With the traditional market, including commodities, bonds, and stocks, exceeding $100 trillion in size, this represents a significant tokenization opportunity. This expansion addresses a key market need: while RWA tokenization has shown significant growth, the ability to distribute yields across different blockchain ecosystems remains a decentralized challenge.

The integration of SkyLink with LayerZero achieves a unified liquidity pool supporting cross-chain minting and burning functions, enabling seamless issuance and redemption of YieldTokens across multiple chains while retaining Plume's advantages in asset custody and compliance infrastructure.

This integration has implemented the following features:

· Enable continuous revenue flow on any supported blockchain network

· Access institutional-grade RWA revenue permissionlessly

· Provide native composability for revenue tokens in DeFi applications

· Implement unified compliance and security standards across all chains

“Looking ahead to 2025, we believe that multi-chain interoperability will be key to driving the next phase of RWA adoption,” said Jason Meng, Head of Business at Plume Network. “Our goal is to establish Plume as a hub for cross-chain RWAfi revenue distribution to support the growing demand for real-world asset exposure in DeFi. We are actively seeking to integrate with new networks to further expand this ecosystem.”

About Plume

Plume Network is the first full-stack L1 RWA public chain and ecosystem designed for Real World Asset Finance (RWAfi), aiming to accelerate the adoption of real-world assets and demand-driven integration. With over 180 projects already building on the network, Plume provides a composable, EVM-compatible environment for the introduction and management of diverse real-world assets. By combining an end-to-end asset tokenization engine with a network of financial infrastructure partners, Plume streamlines the asset onboarding process and enables seamless DeFi integration for RWA, allowing anyone to tokenize real-world assets, distribute them globally, and create real-world utility for crypto-native users.
