Football Academy 'Impulse' Acquires Unfinished Building in Rivne for 25 Million UAH

The State Property Fund of Ukraine held a repeated online auction for the privatization of an unfinished administrative building in Kyiv. The winner of the auction was LLC 'Football Academy 'Impulse', which offered 25 million UAH against a starting price of 454.2 thousand UAH. After full payment, which will amount to about 30 million UAH including VAT, the company will receive a three-story building located at Stepan Demyanchuk Street, 5 in Rivne. The area of the property is 1551 square meters, with a readiness level estimated at 70%. The building was previously on the balance sheet of the National Police and was known as the 'police unfinished building'. This is the second attempt at privatization: at the first auction in June, the starting price was set at 908.3 thousand UAH, but the agreement was not completed. 'Football Academy 'Impulse' also participated in the first auction, offering 23.5 million UAH. After the deal is finalized, the company plans to use the building to develop sports infrastructure. LLC 'Football Academy 'Impulse' was registered in Rivne in September 2021, and its director is Oleksandr Petrov.
