Alibaba Cloud Launches Agent Native Cloud and Enterprise-Level Intelligent Agent Tools

On July 18, Alibaba Cloud unveiled the Agent Native Cloud at the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference, along with enterprise-level intelligent agent tools such as AgentTeams and Agentic Computer. These tools span multiple dimensions including infrastructure, development platforms, and cloud desktops, enabling intelligent agents to become a native capability for enterprises rather than just access tools. Zhou Qi, head of Alibaba Cloud's cloud-native application platform, introduced that Agent Native Cloud provides a reliable operating environment at the Infra layer; at the platform level, it integrates a one-stop infrastructure platform, AgentRun, multi-agent governance collaboration through AgentTeams, and full-stack observability and continuous optimization with AgentLoop, aiming to accelerate the construction, governance, evaluation, and optimization of the intelligent agent lifecycle.
